[Mediapen=Kim Sang-jun] Volvo Cars Korea officially launched the new S60 in the domestic market at a exceptional price, more than 10 million won cheaper than the US.
The unprecedented price starts from 47.6 million won for the Momentum model and 53.6 million won for the Inscription model.

Volvo plans to sell 10,000 units this year with the help of newly launched S60. Preorders for the new S60 counted 1,717 units so far.
“The headquarters predicted Korea to be the third largest selling market for S60 model by 2020 after China and the US”, said Lee Yun-mo CEO of Volvo Cars Korea. He added “Even though profitability may decrease due to the low price, the company will focus on expanding the Korean market”.
Volvo is currently showing a high annual growth rate of over 15% in the Korean market.
